3rd Race Choice

Ok i checked the accepted/rejected list and did not see this anywhere (if it is i apologize)

Now the title speak for itself and I think it would expand the in-game choices and spark a little more interest. The obvious race choice would be that of the Quincy. Personally i can see why you should do it and why it shouldn't be done so i'm sitting on the fence with this.

Pros
-More in-game choices
-Possibly more attacking availability (Assuming 1/3 of population is in each race would mean 2/3 of people available to be attacked in Kyoto)

Cons
-Not enough active players to make a 3rd race viable
-Difficulty and effort involved in setting up the race (Do the ends justify the means?)

Feel free to add to either section i am sure there are more, or even argue some of these points cause i am sure you can
