Hey I was thinking how mostly useless most of the race boost are...and I thought why not make a race boost for Move Swap and Full refund?

Dorm this would Save So much money for people who need to return moves that are un needed..

I would super duper absolutely love it if the race boost would increase move gains through AI or maybe even timed trains x3, would be da best thiiing evar~

I suppose the with lesser boost it's half refund or something...idk it's just and idea for a race boost.
