If an opponent breaks into a Barracks, then a medical triage square should exist randomly on the map where those barracks members go when they lose a fight to prevent people from getting attacked repeatedly since they wouldn't go anywhere.  This medical triage square should be a safe spot for people that just died, but they shouldn't be able to get to that square if they didn't die.  This way, people that break into a barracks get a chance to fight the members, but once those members die, they aren't forced to pvp right after being beaten. This square could also move like the font, but maybe once a minute so that people don't camp there and prevent further pvp during an invasion.

A simple suggestion. Race HQ will have a Invasion Counter on both sides. It will show the total of how many times Soul Society and Hueco Mundo got invaded.
