Variable Kill Timer for Characters
Hey Lsm,
I propose that the level difference between characters becomes the Kill Timer cooldown.
For example, if a level 100 player decides to duel a level 76 player, the cooldown timer would be 24 mins.
If the player decides to duel someone at the same level the timer would be 0 mins.
In this way, Chain killing would be automatically avoided, and the players would be encouraged to battle players closer to their own level.
Of course, In KC this wouldn't apply at all.

Oh, and the cooldown needn't be a minute per level either, it could be 30s per level difference, or 10s or whatever increment of cooldown you prefer.

This I can agree with totally not only would allow more kC combat but it allows younger and fresher people to train without cking
