Buying effect's for ress/Zan

Since I will most likely never be able to buy a custom, I was wondering if we could buy effects and replace them for unwanted effects, I don't know if this was posted already, but I think it would help less financial players and get some extra money into the site. Maybe even work up to a custom even!

i say no because that is really the only advantage of customs that really matter in terms of pvp. Even assuming you can only buy the amount of effects your zan already has that still wouldn't be fair in the fact that legendary zans or elites could be turned into customs this way.
