A change to Hollow Ranking.

Perhaps it would be a better Idea to allow Hollows to achieve Arrancar naturally after Vasto Lorde like stark did.
I.E
Human<Hollow<Menos<Gillian<Vasto Lorde<Numeros<Privaron<Legendary Arrancar

Being forced to become an Arrancar early through the Hogyoku sucks theme wise. Changing Ressurection Skill to Hollowfication skill would help keep the release skills at the same rank. Also would explain the Whisper since there isn't supposed to be one for hollows.

Hollowfication is a term for a Vaizard activating their Hollow powers. Hollow powers are always on by default for non-Arrancar Gillian/Adjuchas/Vasto Lorde.

Other semantical problems:

A Vasto Lorde is far stronger than a Numeros, to be specific, stronger than an average captain. Putting them anywhere below rank 7 would be a horrible insult to their power level.

A Menos is a Gillian to start with.

The current Hollow ranks are something that has always bugged me, since I joined this game. I have wanted to see changes into the rank names. They just don't feel right, so here is my suggestion:

Current Ranks:
Rank 1 - Human
Rank 2 - Devouring Hollow
Rank 3 - Huge Hollow
Rank 4 - Gillian
Rank 5 - Arrancar
Rank 6 - Elite Fraccion
Rank 7 - Privarion Espada
Rank 8 - Legendary Espada

Seats:
Head Fraccion
Fraccion Commander
Espada

Yes, I realise the 'Proposed Rank Changes' look odd. I feel like I was scrambling for ideas, so 'Rank 3 - Small Hollow' & 'Rank 4 - Large Hollow' are probably the ranks which are mostly open to changes, the rest look pretty solid though.

Once again, I would LOVE to have the actual names of Hollow evolutions as ranks in World of Bleach.

Any thoughts?

I will speak about hollow side:
i would remove demi-hollow, no loreplay use imo. Menos - they are nearly brainless, but can be. I would see 2 arrancarized ranks (because demihollow removed) - something like arrancar and elite (exequias/privaron) arrancar.

Yeah it still needs some work, Mainly the interest is having Vasto Lorde be playable, because that would be awesome.
