Actually, it would do great and it would be available for all players of the respective Division (all Ranks-except Rank 7 and 8 ). The Fraccion if he is Rank 7 or 8 he gets precisely 50 % of his respective Division Boost. I hope it is going to be implemented and that my idea is good. Thank you !

The Fraccion of the let's say Division 6 would get 50 % of the Division 6 Boost <if the Fraccion is Rank 7 or 8> (from the list that I wrote).

These Boosts from both LISTS applies for all Squad Members/ Hollows all Ranks except Rank 7 which get 50 % of his respective Division/ Espada and Rank 8 which get NOTHING (Rank 7 Lieutenant/ Fraccion get 50 % of his respective Division/ Espada and Rank 8 Lieutenant/ Fraccion get NOTHING-NO EXCEPTIONS) ! I honestly love this idea. I don't know how canon it is and I am aware not everything has to be canon, hence some things can be tweaked around.
But this right here profiles squads and fraccions further than being the exact same thing with a different number and people only. If I still was a player, I would love to be torn apart by the option of being in Espada 2 or Espada 4 or perhaps Espada 1 or no, definitely Espada 10. This could add a flavor of RPG-style into the game which frankly could be used.
I don't know about the boosts nor their percentages, but seeing this thing - the concepts behind the squads and espadas - written out really makes me happy.
Sorry if none of this was constructive.

Seems like a really cool idea. I know that in any military structure groups are organized due to skill. Even in Bleach the squads were specialized. I like the idea of implementing it here as well.

I actually change my mind, this would be redundant to me...i will be better off without the boost people will change to other squads and I get a bunch of lazy people...I changed my mind not because R8 get no boost, but this not exactly fair in some points. I can't afford to have lazy members in my fracc, and there are spirit users in my fracc and they will leave to go to 1 and 3 just to get better boost.

I don't like it, zans vary so much, it would mess with existing players, and force people to switch squads if they want to take advantage of it. This would chuck any sort of balancing out the window... also, rank 7 gets 50% & rank 8 gets nothing, how is that fair?

The implementation of the boosts is actually unlikely - even more so than the implementation of the whole thing.

Meh. I love the idea. The percentages are a must, IMO, and there is no reason for Rank 7 to get half and 8 none at all. I say implement the idea, except don't take away half and all for 7/8. Let them have a boost. It'd just add to a list of reasons for people to not rank from 6 to 7.

My vote is no. This is due to my thinking it should be even across the board if it is to be implemented. No matter what, someone will be unhappy and complain because they feel they made a wrong choice. Regardless if you give a free initial move.

I'm against this. It's just a squad version of the add on to zan/ress sword idea from last year. I may go with it if it was like an innate boost to training that each squad give while in that squad (I.E. Squad 11 gets a 10% boost to Melee Attributes) but not as power up just for being in the squad XD. I foresee even more laziness from new and old members than already present if this is added. So again I have to say no...not a good idea. Sorry.

Yeh, 'cept this one is more refined with the "specializations" and concepts. Most All the negativity I see is focused on the boost part, which I am leaning towards leaving out completely. I'm interested in adding concepts to squads to make them feel more individual.

Deadpool (Dormammu) doesn't like the idea cause he is capped at Spirit . . . & Gilgamesh doesn't know what this is all about, it is about following the Canon . . . THaaaaaa ! & I've made all to be Balanced Boosted Espada 1-4 more than they should to close the gap seeing that we Shinis are outnumbering the Hollowy , so don't worry all is Balanced. P.S: The percentages are a must, otherwise all my work is in vain & all the specializations are according to the Bleach and Canon (whether some of you guys like it or not).

Just as long as Rank 7 and 8 don't get halved or excluded. Can not disagree anymore strongly on that point. :P

I absolutely hate this Idea. In the the Bleach Canon not every squad has a specialty. You have squad 2 which is stealth and what not, then there is 11 the combat squad, and finally there is 12 it is the research squad. It really depends on the current captain and how they want to run the squad, but as far as I know no other squads have a specialty.
The way things are currently in WoB are fine if you ask me. Next thing you will want is to be only able to roll a specific type of zan depending on which squad you are in

It's moving to a section visible for staff only, which Doge mainly uses to go through suggestions that have merit. Doesn't mean they're accepted by him and implemented, though!
