Reflection

Would it not make sense for Reflection Damage to occur AFTER Attack damage? Because... Doesn't the attack have to occur for there to be something to reflect? That's like a mirror showing your reflection before you actually step in front of the mirror.
Why then, does the damage of my own attack hit me before the actual attack is completed?

Because the move is not a mirror, it is a seal. Example, the technique Urahara used on Aizen. This adds benefits and weaknesses.

Weakness being someone could be relying upon that seal to kill the opponent and not bother healing or something, and instead they survive only to attack the one who used the seal, thus winning.

Topic bump; still **** that it applies the reflected damage before it applies the damage of the attack.
At the very least, add a damned "Draw" condition to the usual W/L so I can take them down with me. Or better yet, actually calculate the Damage that's being reflected before reflecting it.
