Squad/Fraccion Moves Arsenal

Can each squad/fraccion have set of moves exclusive for them. The moves can be researched using squad/fraccion points and once researched is automatically learned by each squad/fraccion member. I know there is no such thing in the anime but I just think it is a cool addition if it's acceptable.
