Fraccion/Squad Alerts

Before you completely shut this idea down as similar to "Mass Fraccion/Squad Messages" do notice the differences in this suggestion.
I recall viewing the thread of the Mass Fraccion/Squad Message / Fraccion/Squad Chat and the ideas were rejected because "That's what we have the Multi-PM System for". In reality, it is annoying to keep track of those who are active in your Fraccion/Squad.
My proposal is that we add a Fraccion/Squad Alert. Similar to the Global Messages, Fraccion Espada/Captains, or Fraccion Commander/Lieutenants (if there is no Espada/Captain), can send out a message to all users within the Fraccion/Squad (Not A PM).
I think it'd be nice for all users. Not to mention, it'd also be helpful for those Fraccions/Squads that play that silly Alliances / Wars Game / Contests~ =o

Giving all seats control would result in loss of importance.
Espada > Fraccion Commander > Head Fraccion
Simple as that. Espada's messages are more important.

since you mention leg this could work perfect for fraccions/squads contests i see most players using journal to notify members of a frac or squad contest and not everyone does lok at them or many ppl who sign up for them xD
