Spiritual pressure

I just thought of this...say if I am in KC and I see Darkax nearby and he realizes I am trying to catch him. He quickly clicks back to SS and escapes me leaving only dust in my mouth. What say my Spiritual pressure causes the teleport to fail allowing me a better chance to escape him...I say a rank lower causes this to happen.Ex Dormammu 10.1 Darkax 10.2 Darkax tries to teleport to SS but he is caught in Dormammu's Spiritual pressure.

People would just stop going to KC. Also, would distance be a factor in this? And seats, exp difference? Or merely the whole rank overall?

*shrugs* it sounded cool in my head and I guess area can be a factor I say maybe a block away, you guys can talk about seating...it would seem like this would cause you to fail at teleporting to HM or SS, since it seems to floor characters in the show

Yeah...but we're not quite the show xD also, would failing more than once in a row be an option? This is another large advantage for higher ranks/levels, and it could easily discourage PvP and people going to Kyoto.

Another thing, would this also take place in HM or SS? Obviously only in the same rank, but still. Failing to go to KC? Or to travel a square...there's a lot of possibilities with this idea, not all are good =o needs some hashing out.

Hsm would be good I think...and hrmmmm I say yes if they fail the can run away and get away then click Teleport, yeah true it would discourage lol but it sounded like a cool idea maybe later in the game after pvp is more worthwhile this could be useful, I guess it could work in SS, and HM but I am not so good at thinking stuff out very quickly...maybe this idea is not best for now!
