OP/SP/PvP Suggestion
Those who do OP know how much trouble it is to get 5/8 (3rd&Lt/cap) OP per day for the resets, or 30/30 for those who cap it. Some people even do so multiple times per day, just to gain SP/FP to help their squad(or fraccion). So I propose something that might be able to help out.
PvP is a large part of WoB...so why not make it an even bigger part? I propose a bonus system for PvP, a SP/OP related bonus. If you're like me, you like to fight. A lot. So...
Let's say you win a fight...great! The bonus would look something like this...
You win!
You have defeated Byakugan!
You win 1 point for your squad.
Lucky!
Your higher-ups have noticed your hard work and dedication and rewarded you with one Office Point and one extra Squad Point.
The chances for this would be small...say 5-10%
And there could even be Uber Lucky, winning 2 points, which would have an even smaller chance, 2.5-5%, depending on the Lucky chance.
Q&A
What if we already have capped OP?
Well, then you'd only get the SP.
What if we don't have a seat?
Well, you'd only get the SP bonus.
What if we're fighting the opposite race?
You'd still only get 1 extra SP/FP for lucky, and 2 for Uber Lucky
Would having an aura affect this gain?
No, whether you have Godly, Weak, or no aura at all, the Lucky and Uber Lucky gains would be the same.
Pros:
PvP would feel like it were worth it more, and would prove more beneficial to the Squad/Fraccion.
People would be more inclined to fight each other rather than hide in the barracks.
People without a seat would be able to help the squad more and would feel more accomplished.
Cons:
The low chance of getting a Lucky/Uber Lucky.
People could abuse this by arranging PvP with each other.
Those in a very active squad could easily get their squad/fraccion way ahead of the others (but that's already a problem with OP)
Overall, I think this could be a very good idea if implemented, would help encourage people to be more active, and would get people to PvP more.

Seems like a good idea i have always wanted to get OP from PvP.
If you really want to encourage PvP then a limitation needs to be implemented in the OP system.

I like the idea, but it could be quite abuse-able. You could focus on killing those much weaker than you for your shot at the reward. Perhaps this could be a rare reward for killing someone around or above your level - maybe it could be restricted to users three levels below you or higher.
