FC/Lt Pick Boosts Empty FC/Lt Pick Boosts

Fraccion Commanders/Lieutenants being able to pick a squad boost if there is no Captain possibly? Cause some Squads/Fraccions don't have one.

The only problem would be if the Lt undermined the captain's authority and activated a boost before the Captain would o.o

This would'nt be much of a feature for shinis as it would be for hollows, considering how few espada there are This would be a great feauture for espada-less fraccions

This is an easily avoided issue though nao. I'm talking about squads that don't have an Espada/Captain. That could easily be set to check: if Captain seat is empty for X amount of days, then Lieutenant become able to select a boost.

Currently a fraccion/squad without an active rank 7 member can request an administrator to pick a boost.

I understand where the idea for this suggestion comes from, though.
