My chat manual and rules won't open when i click on eg chat i opens the bage but does't load the chat as if it doesn't exist same thing with the rules and the manual

the Manual and Rules page have been down since the MPvP update. The staff is already aware of it. Chat on the other hand, that may be another issue. Did you try clearing your browser's cache?

Press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL to open the dialog, select options relating to "Cache"/"Cached
images and files", then clear it.

cache has been cleared already once but why doesn't the chat work
