Advanced RP Schematics (By-Group)

I just wanted to confirm...
Even though we are Freeform, if a group of us decide we would like to award our own kind of grading system OOC'ly (only to people in our clique/group who want to do this) for progression as we go, this is allowed, right? With the caveat, I'm guessing, that nobody else will be expected to abide by this private arrangement in the case of a Group Thread?
