I believe the forums are a valuable source of information and that it would benefit the community if we were more active. The social can be informative but of course if you missed an informative chat you probably won't ever see it.
Each post could be worth X activity points to promote more forum use.

The forums and live game aren't connected at this point. The forums are hosted via forumotion, and the game a server dedicated for WoB. Activity Points are intended to promote in-game activity as well. While I agree the forums are a bit dead, we'd need some other form of incentive to participate.
