I think the worth of being in kc should be more to increase pvp here so do you guys have anything that maymake ppl want to go to the deserted city atm?

i was thinking of having 2 ap for activity instead of 1

In Kyoto City you already gain 2 AP per minute of activity

Sadly I do not think that will help pvp...as long as people have Godly they can care less about KC...we need something else there...maybe Burst Training points don't go down while in KC?

Really the only way I see to increase PvP is to lose "X" amount of stats per day, across the board, for not meeting an amount of PvPs. Perhaps it can correlate with the rank you are. So at rank 3, you need 3 PvPs a day, and so forth. That way, the rich and famous can't ignore PvPs in favor of stat grinding.

Not if it's based on Activity, only working the days you are logged in.

KC has always been a baron waste land D: Only time I remember it being active was when the rank cap was at lvl 55 and everyone was capped. The rewards there aren't really worth the deaths when you have aura.

Like Legend said KC ain't worth crap if you have an aura, KC's value must be higher, something that will make people greedy and go there constantly...

How about for every 5 min s you're (active) in Kyoto you gain like a small (or large but not too large) amount of souls/yen
