Uchiro being born with his father's bright orange hair he was always said to look like many former shinigami that came before him. Wearing his shinigami uniform without the sleeves he also has a solid silver necklace that was once his father's until he died out fighting masses of hollows.

We'll be revamping the ranks a bit, allowing higher rank for starting out, but even so bankai won't be allowed yet. You can plan it out and all, but won't be able to use it.
