Seat Voting

A voting system on seats so everyone can get a chance...not just some uber person 100% of the time. This will even give them a chance and the weaker members a chance as well.

Kuchiki I have no idea what you said, and Lanuaght some people don't have money and some are loyal. I propose this idea for that exact situation ubers can just switch to another squad and take it from a weaker member, then the member who can't afford to switch must deal with this. My Fraccion had a similar problem earlier I believe they should be voted In and voted out.

Either way.. Those that are powerful deserve the seat, if they don't want the seat, then the less powerful may take.

What Kuchiki meant was that there are stat caps as we know, which help newer players to catch up to the older ones, albeit after a looong time only.

While I understand where this suggestion is coming from, if the person with the seat does OP, and performs his/her duty as a seated officer with little room for complaints, I'd say they are worthy of the seat.

Strong people deserve the seat though. o.o Besides all the seat does is give you a title, a tiny training boost and a range boost.

Wow alot of people posted in this topic, I though it would be dead now personally, but that is not the case here...what's sad is no one helped me out here not even people who said they would xD...some players would like to know what it's like they aren't created strong or know how to play I know some of you were the same way and, by all means you deserve the seat...voting does not have to be instant or annually, it could be monthly or weekly, it will give newer players a chance at something that could be never there's no matter how small the rewards, it gives them a chance at feeling significant.
