Shisui's eyes were divided between Danzo and Itachi o.o Danzo stole it and Shisui gave the other to Itachi. No idea why Shisui was killed now that I think about it...must have been killed by Root for other eye which he no longer had o.o Uchiha Clan was still active so it must have been a random Uchiha.
