So you know that moment...when you log on, and your net derps on you and you go rage face on everything, and start throwing things...then accidentally throw a crowbar through your window and it hits a sprinkler head and water squirts in your room and fries your computer? This should stop that from happening. o-o

So lately ive been on job sites and will log in using 3G service on my smartphone, and have noticed that the page itself loads quickly, but the background/layout seems to take a hell of a lot longer to load...so i was thinking that maybe a layout could be made that is extremely blank and devoid of any photos...and if possible, maybe remove ads as well. Just to help load times and improve user experience when no where near a decent wifi or any wifi at all.
