Just a little thought to make it a lil easier

Okay, sorry chi, but to early for funnies.
Is there any way to make a meme face code count as 1 character so u cant post it without other text? I did it by accident and apparently have been warned multiple times. I was being absent minded so i wasnt paying attention. It is my fault, but not the point. Point is, due to lsms awesome coding abilities, most severe curse words have been unable to be posted on social, so would it be possible to do the same? Input the codes and make it so they cant be posted by themselves. Could make it easier on mods not to have to delegate meme usage.

could it be easier if you just wrote the text first before doing the meme?
