entrances to SS and HM

I am not sure what was the purpose of having a random spawn when entering Kyoto, however it has proven helpful in preventing others from attacking the moment you step foot inside.

I believe the same should be true when returning to SS and HM. It is far too easy to jump people returning from kyoto and it is preventing some of us from going there.

I understand that some people will be unhappy not being able to camp the entry point but I believe the difficulty to attack should be equal to entrance to Kyoto.

PS. There were different gates in SS and also different entry points for HM. I would be interested in other suggestions more in tune with the lore and how they might effect the game.
